Returns and exchanges
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Eligible items must be unused, unworn and undamaged, with tags and original packaging. Please provide your order number or proof of purchase.
Items that cannot be returned
- Custom-made, engraved or personalized jewellery.
- Sale items, products marked final sale and gift cards.
- Items showing wear, damage or alteration after delivery.
- Earrings unless their package is sealed and unopened, for hygiene reasons.
These exclusions do not prevent you from contacting us about an item that arrived defective, damaged or incorrect.
How to request a return
Email contact@theparadisegems.com or contact us on WhatsApp at +1 (470) 469-1177 with your name, order number and reason for the return. Include photos for damaged or incorrect items.
Please wait for return authorization and the correct return address before shipping anything back. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted. Once approved, use a trackable courier and follow the instructions we provide.
Return shipping
Customers pay return shipping unless the item arrived defective, damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover the return shipping. Any original shipping fees paid are non-refundable.
Damaged or incorrect items
Inspect your order on arrival and contact us promptly with photos and order details if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost where applicable.
Refunds
We will email you after receiving and inspecting your return to confirm whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for eligible items within the 30-day return window, subject to stock availability. Any price difference will be adjusted. Contact us before returning your item.
European Union orders
For merchandise shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable exceptions. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. Applicable statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
